1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Zoko Global ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Zoko Global provides marketing consulting services specializing in export marketing and SaaS startup growth strategies. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Marketing strategy development and consultation
• Export marketing guidance and support
• SaaS growth marketing strategies
• Digital marketing consulting
• Brand development and positioning
• Market research and analysis

3. Service Fees and Payment

Our consulting services start from INR 10,000. Specific pricing will be provided based on the scope of work and requirements. Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements.

• Initial consultation fees start from INR 10,000
• Project-based pricing available upon request
• Monthly retainer options for ongoing services
• Payment is due as per the agreed terms in the service contract

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Use our services in compliance with applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, strategies, and methodologies developed by Zoko Global remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business purposes as outlined in the service agreement.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and business details. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zoko Global's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of specific results.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, payment for completed work is due, and confidentiality obligations continue.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
